Welcome to RIH DIL (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), including our custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing platform powered by WordPress and WooCommerce.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Eligibility & Agreement

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You also agree that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services in any way that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Disrupts or interferes with the operation of the platform
  • Attempts unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Uses bots, scraping tools, or automated systems without permission

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any misuse of the platform.

4. User Content & Artwork Rights

Our Services allow you to upload artwork, images, and designs (“User Content”) for custom printing.

4.1 Ownership & Responsibility

You retain ownership of your content. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal rights to use, reproduce, and distribute any content you upload.

You agree that your content does not:

  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
  • Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
  • Violate privacy or publicity rights

4.2 License to Use

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your content solely for:

  • Fulfilling your order
  • Operating and improving our Services
  • Maintaining order records and production workflows

4.3 Content Review & Removal

We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or restrict any content at our sole discretion, including content that may violate these Terms or applicable laws.

5. AI-Generated Content

If you upload content created using artificial intelligence tools (“AI Content”), you agree that:

  • You have full rights to use and commercialize the content
  • Your use does not violate any third-party rights
  • You assume all risks associated with AI-generated content

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from AI-generated content.

6. Orders, Pricing & Payments

All orders are processed through WooCommerce. By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You have the legal right to use your payment method
  • Pricing and availability may change without notice

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your payment card information.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Reject suspicious or fraudulent transactions

7. DTF Printing Terms

Our Services include custom DTF printing based on user-uploaded artwork.

7.1 Print Accuracy

You acknowledge that:

  • What you upload is what will be printed
  • We do not guarantee color matching across different screens and materials
  • We do not proof or correct design errors unless explicitly stated

7.2 Quality Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Image resolution and quality
  • Design alignment and sizing
  • Spelling, grammar, and layout

We are not responsible for issues caused by low-quality or incorrect files.

7.3 Third-Party Printing

Some printing processes may be performed by third-party providers. We are not responsible for decisions made by third-party printers, including refusal to print certain designs.

8. Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer limited support under the following conditions:

  • If there is a production defect or error caused by us, we may offer a reprint or refund.
  • If a third-party printer refuses a design, a refund may be issued for the affected portion.
  • Refunds or reprints may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • User design errors
  • Low-resolution uploads
  • Incorrect sizing or placement
  • Minor color variations

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RIH DIL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Services may rely on third-party providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe, and PayPal. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy of product descriptions
  • That the Services will meet your expectations

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIH DIL shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business
  • Errors caused by user-submitted content
  • Third-party service failures

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RIH DIL from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your uploaded content

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
