Refund & Returns Policy
Custom DTF Transfers (All Custom Orders)
Because all DTF transfers are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect artwork uploaded
- Color differences due to screen variations
- Change of mind
Exceptions (We’ll Fix It)
We will replace or refund your order if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- There is a print defect
- We made an error in your order
Time to Report Issues
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
Apparel (Non-Custom Items)
Returns Accepted
You may return eligible apparel items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags (if applicable)
Return Shipping
- Return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued after inspection
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

- Select the appropriate inquiry type:
- Return / Refund Request
- Report Damaged Item
- Submit your request with your order details
- Upload photos if applicable
Once approved, we will provide next steps.
Important Notes
- Do not send items back without approval
- No direct exchanges — please place a new order if needed
- Each order must be handled separately
