Refund & Returns Policy

Custom DTF Transfers (All Custom Orders)

Because all DTF transfers are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Incorrect artwork uploaded
  • Color differences due to screen variations
  • Change of mind

Exceptions (We’ll Fix It)

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • There is a print defect
  • We made an error in your order

Time to Report Issues

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery

Apparel (Non-Custom Items)

Returns Accepted

You may return eligible apparel items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags (if applicable)

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued after inspection
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Request a Return or Report an Issue

  1. Go to our Contact Us page
  2. Select the appropriate inquiry type:
    • Return / Refund Request
    • Report Damaged Item
  3. Submit your request with your order details
  4. Upload photos if applicable

Once approved, we will provide next steps.

Important Notes

  • Do not send items back without approval
  • No direct exchanges — please place a new order if needed
  • Each order must be handled separately
