RIH DIL provides custom Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing and apparel products. Because many of our products are made-to-order based on your uploaded artwork, orders require both a production phase and a shipping phase.

Estimated delivery times consist of:

  • Production Time (time to prepare and print your order)
  • Shipping Time (time for delivery after shipment)

Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time

2. Production Time

Production time begins after your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

  • Standard production time: 1–3 business days
  • Large or complex orders may require additional time
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day

Production time may vary depending on:

  • Order volume
  • Design complexity
  • File quality and readiness
  • Equipment or supply availability

We reserve the right to adjust production timelines when necessary.

3. Artwork Responsibility & Processing Delays

Because all products are based on user-uploaded designs:

  • You are responsible for ensuring your artwork is print-ready
  • Low-quality or incorrect files may result in delays or unsatisfactory results
  • We do not guarantee corrections to uploaded files

If we identify a critical issue that prevents production, we may contact you. This may delay your order timeline.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once production begins:

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled
  • Design changes are not guaranteed to be accepted

Please review your order carefully before submitting.

5. Shipping Methods

We ship orders using trusted carriers. Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Shipping options may include:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Expedited Shipping (if available)

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order weight and size
  • Destination address
  • Selected shipping method

6. Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been completed and shipped.

  • Standard shipping: typically 2–5 business days (U.S.)
  • Expedited shipping: faster delivery based on carrier selection

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or lost packages
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us as soon as possible
  • We may assist in filing a claim with the carrier

Resolution may include replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
